During the past academic year, 2024-2025, social studies teachers in Palm Beach County, Florida, piloted JFR’s new online program, How Was it Possible? A Holocaust Curriculum For and By Teachers™. Under the guidance of Kimberly Coombs, (Lerner Fellow 2022) Program Planner of Holocaust Studies (K-12), Palm Beach County School District the program, was introduced into selected Holocaust elective classes throughout the county. The program was well received and successful.

On Wednesday, August 6, 2025, Stanlee and Bradd Weinberg (Lerner Fellow 2016), who now works with Kimberly as the Holocaust Studies Instructional Specialist,  presented JFR’s online program at a Symposium for Social Studies Teachers in Palm Beach County, FL.
