The Jewish Foundation for the Righteous is pleased to be in the process of sending money to rescuers in 22 countries.

The JFR’s traveling exhibit, Whoever Saves a Single Life…Rescuers of Jews During the Holocaust is making its way throughout the country! The exhibit will be on display at the YMCA in Wayne, New Jersey (One Pike Drive) and at Congregation Beth Tefillah in Sandy Springs, Georgia (5065 High Point Road Northeast) during the month of April.  

 

 

This month we mourn the passing of several rescuers.  Monsignor Beniamino Schivo died in Italy at the age of 101Knud Christiansen died in New York at the age of 97Panayotis Giortsas died in Greece at the age of 85.
