FINANCIAL INFORMATION

The Jewish Foundation for the Righteous (JFR) recognizes the importance of providing financial information to donors, supporters, and other interested parties. Please view the documents below and visit our Guidestar listing to learn more about our operations and finances.

The JFR was incorporated as an independent organization in 1994 and is tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Foundation's tax identification number is 13-3807016. All contributions, grants, and bequests are tax deductible to the extent provided by law. The Foundation's work is supported primarily through donor contributions. We do not receive or use government funds.

The JFR's fiscal year runs from January 1 to December 31. We invite you to take a look at the following documents to learn more about our finances:

  This annual publication presents a review of the Foundation's work for the past year.
   
• Audited Financial Statement
  This statement provides the most recent financial information on The Jewish Foundation for the Righteous, from 2011, presented in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

  As a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization, our annual federal income tax return from 2011, IRS form 990, is available for review.
